Dimensional Restoration / Preventative Wear Resistance
Our state of the art Metco Diamond-Jet System / High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Thermal Spray System, we can repair / restore:
  • Worn shafts
  • Sleeves
  • Housings
  • Extraction Plates
  • Rotor Blades
to better than new condition.  These surfaces can be built up with wear resistant or chemical resistant coatings to extend future wear life.


To maximize the wear life of new equipment, consider HVOF coating wear areas to dramatically increase the life on the part and reduce future down time.  HVOF coatings, like tungsten carbide have a hardness of RC 60 to RC 62, more than doubling the hardness (wear resistance)of standard base materials.
